I called Daniel to investigate a problem we were having with a loud noise coming from the TV at my house in Bayswater whenever we turned a light switch on and off.
Daniel was available that same day and when he arrived, he was very quick to find the problem which was a damaged antenna cable.
The outer coating had worn away from the cable where the cable went through the metal roof so the exposed cable was touching the metal roof causing the problem with the loud noise from the light switch. Daniel replaced the faulty cable while he was on site then checked and tested the TV and found the problem had been fixed. He advised me that my antenna was over 10 years old and probably not giving the best picture for my Sony TV. He had a brand new antenna in stock and was able to fit it at the same time and I now can get extra channels that my old antenna did not receive.
I was very happy the outcome of the repair works and have no problem recommending his service to anyone.
